Rural Technologies Strategies, Inc. is a company that organizes, develops and achieves funding solutions for the expansion of rural broadband infrastructure, and for digital literacy training for rural community anchor institutions that serve vulnerable populations. We strive to implement the policy goals as stated in the National Broadband Plan. The programs that are provided by the State Broadband Mapping program offices guide our projects.
